What was done to your rig this week?

Home depot brackets for redneck fabbing... paired with the ARB single brushless and the wayolife bracket. The extra body panel studs and empty mounting holes came in handy. The metal bracket holding the radiator overflow was a great grounding point for the compressor since it has 18-24 inches of the grounding wire...

I broke 7 of the 10 fender clips. After putting everything back together, I have 2 of the fender screws and I have zero clue where they go.

And after all that, the pressure switch stop working and the compressor won't stop and the safety valve is opened. But when filling a tire, it closes. So order a new one and more clips.

Reassembled the winch, thanks WARN! Cleaned the old grease out of the gear-set and applied a healthy amount of that aeroshell 64 grease in there. It sounds better but not quite like I recall it sounding before.

Installed it back into the bumper, rewired, zip-tied the leads so they don’t wiggle around, instead of installing a cut-off switch. 😆 Tomorrow I’ll remove the sway bar so I can get a good purchase on the rear bolts. This weekend I’m going to wash and reinstall the rope and replace it if it’s seen better days- it’s nearly four years old.

Looks like you had to winch every trip since you recall how it sounds 🤷‍♂️
