I didn’t think it was a big deal but man a simple little thing made a world of difference. Long drives are so much better. Finally got around to installing a dead pedal. Long overdue.
Looks good! Finally got around to installing the Bull Bar on the factory bumper this evening.
Lol. Ive learned. I am not good at painting. Im going to pull it this year. Not going to make fun of that bumper but I'd think about some Rhino liner for it. Congrats on the DIY lift. Much more satisfying when you've wrenched on it yourself.
Good prep work way more important than painting. In Hawaii, a lot of cars have rust modules they wire to the car. Not sure exactly how it works, but it supposedly stops rust process from forming on metal. A lot of paint extended warranties require it.Lol. Ive learned. I am not good at painting. Looks good. I like those bumpers a lot and that one looks identical to Jeep’s,Not today, but Tuesday and yesterday I got rid of that God awful plastic bumper and added a knock off Rubicon steel bumper and a Badlands 12,000 # winch. I did paint the bumper before install because I know I would have rust within the first couple of weeks.
There are a few little things to button up like wiring the bumper marker lights, And finding spacers for the line fairlead.
I also installed the Synergy trackbar/sector shaft Brace.
How much does the front sag due to adding the winch? Not today, but Tuesday and yesterday I got rid of that God awful plastic bumper and added a knock off Rubicon steel bumper and a Badlands 12,000 # winch. did you strip the bumper down to repaint or scuffed and painted? Not today, but Tuesday and yesterday I got rid of that God awful plastic bumper and added a knock off Rubicon steel bumper and a Badlands 12,000 # winch. Thanks Mike, I painted the crap out of it before mounting it.Looks good. I like those bumpers a lot and that one looks identical to Jeep’s,
Yes, haven't decided if I'll remove it and sand blast or just sand off the rust, scuff it all up and paint.Damn I hate that about your bumper, are you planning to repaint?
I Scuffed and painted. i know i should have taken it down to the bare metal. But i did use several coats of etching adhesive paint before painting.
Did you take the plastic off the exhaust tip or let it melt off?Hello everyone!
I did cold air intake and exhaust on my 2024 Mojave Gladiator. Only thing weird is a resonating sound at 1900-2100 Rpm coming from passenger side every now and then.
I took the plastic off before i started it but definitely forgot to take off the barcodes on the pipesDid you take the plastic off the exhaust tip or let it melt off?
Where does the cold air come from?Hello everyone!
