I'm saying she would have sealed it if asked to and said anything she was told to.

The most likely scenario is the information was too damning – exposing the disarray in certain agencies with regard to the protection of government officials, so they couldn't make it public. Something like that. Not sure what else it could be based on the wackadoodle statement about it affecting national security.

Hell, based on her previous actions on the bench, she would have sealed it even if she did not have jurisdiction over the case and sealing it was in clear contravention of the law. She'll do whatever daddy asks.
