Nose high with evo level kit

My factory links were too short after installing this. Maybe that's because I'm still running the factory bumper/no winch. I corrected it with JKS discos since I'm a non-Rubi owner.

I'd have to look at mine and compare your pictures to see if it looks different. I'll try to do that in the morning.

The jeep is a Willy's without the stickers. The pucks are definitely in the back but it is difficult to see in the photos that I took, so I didn't post them up. I will definitely do the measurements tomorrow. The only thing that was done to the jeep was put the standard level kit and rims/ tires. Oh, and AEV procal calibration for new set up. Thanks for helping me troubleshoot. Wish I could return the favor somehow.

Thank you, I'd appreciate that.

If you have any tags on the springs or packaging left, I would double check that. That's a lot of extra height in the front.

Yours looks good. I'm jealous

Thx. It was a little nose high. I actually took the coils out and went with spacers, but I kept the coils. I just put 100 lbs up front with a winch & mounting plate & I may put the coils back in.

For what it is worth, my 2" EVO coils netted me 2.5" on a 4 door with stock front bumper and no winch. I put a 2" coil spacer in the rear and the front was still high.

The front did settle a half inch and it was better. I don't think they make a 2 door and a 4 door version. So I wouldn't be surprised if you netted 3" in the front, measure to be sure. The rear spacer is 0.75" correct? This would mean that your front is 2" higher than the rear.

The bottom of the front coil is seated properly in the spring perch notch and the top stock coil isolator looks ok to me.

Everything I've read points to the need of a 1.75 rear spacer on a two door. I'm interested to hear what the actual amount of lift is.

Post 51. I got about 3.5" up front, with a stock bumper. That makes sense, because almost every JK spring I've come across, gives a 2 door an extra inch, or so.

Maybe try this. Take a measurement following the below picture and that will give us an idea of how much lift you received.

So I took the measurement and got 23 inches.
USMCWrangler it looks like you got 21 inches post springs. Would 2 door vs 4 door possibly make that large of a difference?
I no longer have any packaging as I took it all to a shop and they disposed of it. I did however stare longingly at the kit for a while before install and I am certain that it was labeled correctly. Maybe what was in the box was wrong, but the springs themselves were not labeled.

Any advice on correcting this? I was trying to prevent driveshaft issues by going leveling kit. If I put bigger pucks in the back to compensate for the front height won't I compromise the driveshaft? Would you suggest removing the springs and starting over with a simple budget boost?

I bet you got the wrong springs. Who did you order from?

You are at like 4.5" of lift which is what you would get with the 3" plush ride coils.

That's right, mine measures 21" on the JKU. It seems like some JK members are saying they have been getting more lift than the JKU's.

There were not any tags on my EVO springs either. Check out notnalc68's posts above. That's the best advice I can offer as a JKU owner.

I ordered from Northridge way before The holidays. (They were still preferred vendors here back then). Looks like I either got the wrong springs or that is just how they are on the 2 doors. On a positive note, I probably don't need to cut those front fenders. :)

I would bet you got the wrong springs. That is taller than my 2.5" RK coil setup.
