Looks pretty good, but you need to wrap those squirrels in bacon.

Then throw away the squirrels and eat the bacon!

Ate lots of squirrels- reminds me of eating rabbit- very lean. Both need more bacon.

Years back I did a survival exercise where we walked from a point south of Deming New Mexico to El Paso, TX. We killed and ate everything in our path. Mostly rabbits, rattle snakes, and kangaroo rats. I stole a bottle of Mrs Dash seasoning from a Dennys in Deming and I can say it goes great on all the above critters, but not as good as bacon.
