It rained pretty much the entire rest of the drive. It will definitely get that dust off my undercarriage!

Originally I had intended to stop at The Barn in Bridgeport for dinner but we were too late. There is always next time.

We did stop for gas in Bridgeport.






Back in the Free State on Nevada.

Tioga is one of the best routes. Too bad it’s hard to get to. Sometimes we would pay the park fee just to drive over that way when we were going to 395 for whatever. Those storm pictures are cool.

I don’t think they have changed that sign in 10 years. It’s always $6.50 there.

Awesome shots of Yosemite! One of my favorite national parks. I've found the best times to visit though is from February to early May. Not as many crowds and the waterfalls are roaring. I hated going there this July with all the damn tourists.

Awesome shots of Yosemite! One of my favorite national parks. I've found the best times to visit though is from February to early May. Not as many crowds and the waterfalls are roaring. I hated going there this July with all the damn tourists.

This was an exploratory trip for us and we are definitely going back to hike and see more.

Appreciate the tip on the best time to visit, that’s what we were thinking so it’s great to get your personal experience confirming that.

It would be great to see it with lots of water.
