No it was tested but didn’t perc near the house well enough. Previous owners of the land had it done and this was the spot the state said they could put one. I’ve cleared a bunch of land since we bought and I’m sure other spots would perc but I would still need to pump. Soil here sucks, it’s like 1-2” top soil and then clay. Probably nowhere on the land I could do gravity besides maybe one place but I would need like 1/4 mile driveway.
