Help with airline.

I think I cut the airline a smigun to short. There's only about 1/8" clearance of the ring gear. There's room in the housing to provide more clearance, I'm just stuck on how to bend it. I'm worried that continual messing with it may pop the solder joint at the seal or pinch the corner where it comes out of the bulkhead fitting. Any thoughts? Is 1/8" enough or should I keep trying?

So long as it's not touching the ring gear, you're fine. If the ring gear did reach up and touch it, you have a different problem.

is there movement of the air line when driving?

If there is, where it looks like it's resting on the head of the bolt would be an issue for wear.

Its not touching the bolt. It might just be how it looked in the picture. I took a shot of whiskey and gave it one try. I was able to create about 1/4" of clearance from the bolts and the ring gear.
