I remember the days when flank was a trash cut and nobody wanted it and was didn’t cheap. Now it’s like $14.99 for trash choice grade grain fed. Crazy. Looks good though.

Yea you’re right. I do get them from a local butcher shop who sources from local farms so at least that helps. Got just over 3lbs for $39

So question for the experienced folks. Order a 28 nch and will be here tomorrow. As far as covers. Is the brand one the way to go? I'm looking at an off brand one for about $9 less but seems to be mixed reviews on being water proof

Scratch that. Found the blackstone brand one for only about 4 and change more. Ordered that and the seasoning/prep. Should be here Wednesday. Can't wait to get it ready to use.

Yea for $9 might as well just go with brand. Especially with mixed reviews on the off brand. You get what you pay for.
