A Bit of UNDER ARMOR for JET : EVO MFG JL Wrangler ProTek Skid Plates

Great looking skidplate setup, I too like minimalist skidplates as they are hangup low points. I'm in search of good transmission/engine skid setup for my 2025 Willys and not as many available due to the change in engine mounts, any suggestions? Is Evo going to make these for newer Wranglers?

Never seen a vehicle with an exhaust loop like this, what's the purpose and can it be deleted with straight pipe or?

The exhaust loop skidplate definitely adds strength to the transmission/engine skidplate. How's this setup treating y'all after some use?
Not sure if EVO will be making anything like it anymore and even if they did, I can't say that I'd run them. More now than ever before, I'm just not a fan of aftermarket skid plates. What comes on the Jeep from the factory is plenty.

He doesn’t own this jeep anymore and hasn’t for quite some time.

The exhaust loop has been a thing in the wrangler since the 3.6 came out and it’s to allow both sides to have the same overall equal length exhaust.
Yes it can be deleted and most long arm kits require that you do so, not all but most.

Thanks for the reply! I called them (Evo) and they didn't seem at all interested in making this for the 2025 which has different motor mounts and would therefore require different forward mounts. Sure I could build my own or cut and weld the mounts to work, but these days life has gotten very busy and I'm short on time. Took my new Willys wheeling at Fordyce with like 74 miles on the odometer, kept it kinda mellow of course as she's still breaking in.

Factory gas tank skid is nice and I'm keeping it, don't want any type of belly pan that decreases ground clearance, adds lots of weight and makes trail repairs and maintenance a pita! I would however like an minimalist STEEL tranny/engine skid that it high and tight!
