What was done to your rig this week?

Great bumper… had it for almost four years and it held up great!
Why did you get rid of it?
The only think I didnt like was the skid plates. I got it installed before the bumper, then had to take it off to bolt down the winch. But I could only get 4 of the 6 bolts installed. The lower bolt and only 1 of the 2 upper bolts on each side.

only 4 out of 6 bolts for the winch? or the bumper holding the winch?

I switched over to EVO gear, otherwise I’d still be running it.

Yeah, the skid plate was a pain in the ass to install. I had to cut some of the upper areas to avoid making contact with the rear of the oem fog lights. Then there was bolting it on, was rough. However, it did a great of protecting stuff down there.

Mounted my first Beadlock ever. Feel like i might have gone too cheap on valve stems. Feel like it went in too easy but they do seem to be holding air. Are slime valve stems any good? May go get them for the rest of the wheels…
Congrats! Regarding the valve stems… You’re going to be fine with the cheapies. They are 100% out of the way with those wheels and millions of those stems are on the road and in junkyards still holding on. Now, if you’re looking for easy and fast air-down valve stems then yeah, may want to hold off till you get some new ones.

Congrats. 40s too. Jealous.

I’m with Mike. They’ll hold up fine. It is kinda surprising how you pull on them with that tool and they just pop in. I’ve dug into them pretty bad with tree branches and they've never leaked on me. Just make sure the round part is hard up to the inside of the wheel. As long as they are seated, you’ll be good.

In the midst of changing out the AUX battery. Definitely a PIA, but not quite like I thought. Worst part was getting the cover over the AUX out of the way in order to remove said battery. Took a break to eat some chow, and then reverse order to install.

Reverse order went pretty slick, a lot easier than coming out. Still getting the ESS saying stop/start not ready. Chalking it up to needing to be driven and the system will reset itself? Do I use it? No. Not going to delete it either. Eddie hopefully has put the fear of God into people about doing such frivolous things. I don't have a taser, pushing an additional button isn't that big of deal. Just want to ensure it's working correctly to protect the electrical system.

Had a little DW at Moab, things were okay once the bolts were tightened all the way home until recently, l I hit just the right bump and giddy'up cowboy...
Replaced both bushings on the Synergy track bar, reinstalled the Synergy sector brace bracket since the track bar mounting bracket bolt holes were little oblong.
Added to Fox steering stabilizer, the OEM had several dents.
Also swapped out the synergy steering stabilizer relocation Bolt for the Clayton relocation bracket I had.

Checking other components, I noticed the front long arm coil over brackets weren't touching the axle, for those that have the bolt on long arm is this normal? I don't recall it being this separated

Is there a spacer missing between the stock shock mount bracket?
