I use the owners manual for everything. On my JK I was changing the oil every 4k miles because the suggested 8k just didn’t sit right... -

I change the oil in the 392 once a year whether it needs it or not. That's about every 2000 miles. LOL 😂

In all seriousness, you can't go wrong following the owners manual. Nothing wrong with overkilling fluid changes either. Oil is cheap!
