Missing Factory Wheel Weight?

While doing my first tire rotation I noticed two of my Factory Moab Wheels have clips, but no weights. At first I was thinking that they got tossed while driving, but now I'm not sure. I have no out of balance symptoms and the clips look like they never had weight on them. Anyone else run into this?

That is the weight. Is probably only a 1/4 oz weight. I cast bullets and find them in with the rest of the wheel weights I get from the local tire store. Asked a tech once and that is what he said.

Ok, thanks guys! I have never come across that before. I remember back in the day that the small weights would sometimes come loose because the clip was so narrow. This looks like a good solution to that problem. I'm still old school and mark locations with a paint stick.
