Federal agents don't get to disregard federal policy based on the state in which they're conducting enforcement operations.

Not sure I would see a white lady in a minivan as someone I would need to mag dump on unless I was trapped in front of the vehicle and was about to go under or over it, but I guess I'm in the minority here.
