Too funny. I held my breath in the beginning. Oreo_penguin nailed it. Slow and steady. Took me a few years to be “ commercially acceptable “ according to my boss at the time. Almost 40 years ago. Sent from my iPhone using WAYALIFE mobile app

    Made old built new???????[emoji848]

Yep....they all break, no matter who makes it. What I can tell you, that in my own shop, Me and my technicians have made more money repairing more jeeps than any other North American brand. Of course the European product is the absolute worse and does well for us independents that repair...

    Made old built new???????[emoji848]

Being in the trade, you tend to hear about more issues and failures than the average joe. My colleagues at Jeep dealerships tell me hair raising stories about these products when we get together. We do see all the bad stuff so we tend to focus on the negative. And, from a mechanics point of...

What's in your Jeep tool kit?

You know.... as much as we all love our Jeep it’s ok to admit they aren’t the absolute best. They are however, the most fun to build and drive. Sent from my iPhone using WAYALIFE mobile app

What's in your Jeep tool kit?

People ask me as a mechanic and person who’s owned 12 jeeps what I think of them. I say that I think they are crap... and that I get to own 12 more[emoji4]. I just love driving these things. The JK is the first one I’ve used for off roading. All others were museum pieces, so to speak that never...

What's in your Jeep tool kit?

It’s funny that we all, myself included, carry tool kits, regardless of how new the Jeep is, and that’s ok! Seems we expect to have issues, and again, that’s ok! I never carried one with the LWB Samurai I off roaded for 24 years. Us Jeep people are weird. Sent from my iPhone using WAYALIFE...

    Made old built new???????[emoji848]

First off.....it’s a Jeep, so it will never be 100% reliable. Even the JL. Second, YJ’s were/are the best of the leaf spring jeeps and their profile pics closely resembles a CJ2 more than any other Jeep built since. I owned one once for about a week until someone offered me too much money for...

What air pressure do you go to?

Notnalc68 nailed it. Keep as much for comfort and traction. Remember, the bigger the tire the less pressure as you have more air volume. Monster trucks run 4-6 psi a small utility trailer tire runs about 60. Sent from my iPhone using WAYALIFE mobile app
