"The General" Build Thread I just finished up with my front rock lights, I used some cheap flush mount LEDs off amazon for about $1 each and they are much brighter than I expected. I have 4 in each wheel well and 2 on the front crash bar.

"The General" Build Thread So a few days ago I made a flagpole for my hitch mount using pvc and some eye bolts, also I painted it black so it looks nicer. Today I took out the drivers side carpet to see if I like it. It will definitely make cleaning a lot easier.

I live in the lower FL keys and I want to regear my JK from 3.21 to 4.88. I went to a local mechanic and he quoted me at $1100 just in labor. That seems kinda high to me. Does anyone have a place in south Florida that they can recommend me to? And what's price range for a basic gear install. Thanks

Just got my dad some 295/70r17 Toyo RT's and he has a leveling kit with 3.73 gears and a manual. I drove it into town to get the windows tinted and I felt that there was plenty of power. Especially for flat roads like you have up there, the biggest hill we have down here is a bridge lol.

Now he just needs a Wayalife windshield banner.

I have 35s with a 2.5" lift that yielded a little under 3" of actual lift. Here's a picture with stock flares. And here's a picture with cut factory flares.

I have a 2.5" lift and 35s with no issues. Been running this setup for about 12,000 miles. You won't have any problems.

Wow good thing you weren't somewhere where you needed 4Lo to get unstuck. I realize jeep is probably just trying to prevent anything from breaking but if this were to happen when you're stranded somewhere then it wouldn't turn out so good.

Ok cool, I also picked up this Allen bit, I'm assuming all 3/8-16 bolts use the same size Allen.

Thanks, it would be great if you could measure them. I'm definitely going to hold off at $3.38 a bolt! I believe these are the right ones
