Finally got it done once the correct rivet nut tool came in. You can see one side is messed up and missing bolts. That's the side I did with the supplied "tool". (aka nuts and bolts). Advise. Don't use those. Buy the actual tool. Of I didn't use my jeep as a toy the one side missing bolts would...
