Wow... 4.88 for 37s... Looking at the Diesel Rubicon it comes with 3.73 on 33". The equivalent ratio if only moving to 37" would be around 4.11. You wouldn't be the same for 4.88 until you get to 42".

Just get a big lift and 40-42" tires.... no problem

Just responding to the thread. Currently have my 2016 JKU Rubicon but I am in the process of purchasing of a 2023 Gladiator. This would be a great first modification for a new ride. Just like in my 2016 it will be used as a daily driver and for rock crawling.

Okay.... Well I am getting too old for working on my jeep but I have rebuilt the Dynatrac Ball Joints and installed the New Reid Racing knuckles. But now I need to change the positioning of my Steering stabalizer as it hits on the Tie Rod.

Well.... Added 37in Nitto Trail Grapplers and discovered Ball Joints that seemed to be going bad... Started working on it to discover that not so much the ball joints (probably could have gone another 20-30k on em) but the knuckle had balled out. So knuckles replaced with Reid Racing...

I do not think there is anything illegal in California about replacing a PCM. They do fail sometimes... So what if it doesn't get reprogrammed with the vehicles actual mileage.

I cannot really tell if the Ball joint pin has any scoring. I did check the dimension of the pin and it is the same as the original 44 that can with the jeep. (yes I still have the carcass). BTW, if anyone wants a stock stripped 44 front tell me....
