So just to ask this question regarding the clockspring recall. Does this apply if you aren't the original owner of the jeep? Thus far mone is fine but I want to keep this in mind if it every acts up.

Mine does this. To the point that I can have water inches deep standing in my rubber floor liner. I used some cheap weather seal on the body side of the drivers door and it helped but hasn't stayed very well. I can see mine run in at the bottom of the door but suspect it comes in elsewhere also...
