    rebuilding CTM u joints

    i'm trying to rebuild my CTM's but cant press them out of the axle shaft. I'm using a 12 ton press and they wont even budge. thinking about applying a little heat and seeing if that will do the trick, any other suggestions?

    the love hate relationship

    I seem to have the never ending love hate relationship with my jeeps. After enjoying a romantic summer with the jeep in the love phase, im now entering the hate phase. ripped both sides straight off of the dana 60 truss. well at least it lasted the summer, time to rebuild for snow wheeling!

    I don't know anything about electronics, but it looks like some of the pins are a lot farther out then others. When you move the blue piece to lock all the pins in place, its actually not locking the ones that are pushed out to far. I think those are touching and causing the short when it gets...

    When my engine heats up to normal temp, it is misfiring and I have narrowed it down the the pcm connection. The connection itself to the pcm is tight, and when i push the wires going into it it will cause the misfire, so I'm want to make sure the connections to the female plugs are solid. Anyone...

    dual battery connections

    Quick question, I use to have dual batteries with the fancy switch to go between one or two or both. I don't have that anymore is there any problem just connecting the two positives & negatives together? Seems like it shouldnt matter if both batteries are 12v.
