It’s easy to get to. I can’t remember exactly where the connector is, but it was easily reachable once the filter housing is out. I replaced mine out of precaution as well. Figured sitting submerged in burnt Pentastar oil for 8 months can’t be the best.

Glad you got this sorted out. Looks awesome. Last time I put my rings back on, they were so visibly jacked up, I told myself i would have to buy new ones next time. This thread sealed the deal.

Good thread, OP. Buddy heater is nice on 30 degree desert nights. I’ve never tried it much lower than that. It’s not amazing, but it lets me sleep through the night with my middle of the road sleeping bag. I’m sure a better bag is the right place to start.
