I’m gonna start a go fund me, so your cheap ass can take it to the dealer.
But I’m happy to see you dealing with this, so I know where to look in the future.
I would have taken the piece of shit to the dealer by now. Back when I was building police cars I had an issue with the rear air conditioning, I spent hours and hours trying to figure it out, they found it in a couple hours. I think it was $300 or less.
It turned out the wiring diagram we used...
i was at Dicks sporting, there wasn’t no Nikes for under $100 that I saw, exactly why I was shocked, I usually wear Columbia hiking shoes, or asics, even asics were at $100 plus.
Great news, it’s a start. It kinda makes sense, the tazer is basically changing a line code in the Jeep, if it’s trying to boot and keeps going out of sequence due to the tazer it won’t update.
My thought anyways, and mine is worked all day today.
I had no idea how it was wired in, on the fuse box diagram, (N1) it shows the very front terminal was the auxiliary battery, so I disconnected it there. lol,
But yeah, it fixed the weirdness right away soon as the radio rebooted, that took like 30 minutes.
Still not working this morning. I unmarried the Tazer, removed the auxiliary battery lead from the fuse box and disconnected the starting battery. I let it sit for a few minutes, and reconnected. After the Radio reboot, The lights on the dash went out and cameras work again, so we’ll see what...
It’s weird, I’ve been driving it every day since the swap and it still has some lights on that weren’t on before the swap.
I like my FC, it either runs or doesn’t.
