Been on it for May and June and for the most part it’s been great. Lost 33 pounds so far and want to lose 17 more. Plan to switch to more of a whole food plan; veggies, high protein, low fat and no processed foods or sugar. Cutting out the sugar and processed foods has made a huge difference...

I’m doing exactly that when I’m done with carnivore… can’t wait!
