I know… i am currently working on something😑
this whole thing is kind of a nightmare just from me spending my hard earned money on a hobby that i loved only to be robbed by a “reputable” business.
Yes it is
appreciate it. I’ve always wanted tons but was way too much money and finally talked myself into when Dynatrac had their sale going on and only for this to happen😖. Not to mention nearly 5k in wheels/tires i bought that i will have no use for now as well.
Looks like my build will not be finished since Gforce Off-road is not giving me the axles and driveshafts i paid for OR my money back. Paid over 20k at the beginning of June and then they closed their shop and will not respond to any of their customers. I’m hearing that dynatrac has told people...
Mounted my first Beadlock ever. Feel like i might have gone too cheap on valve stems. Feel like it went in too easy but they do seem to be holding air. Are slime valve stems any good? May go get them for the rest of the wheels…
Tons because most of our trips are with the one vehicle so the extra strength makes us feel a little better about that and I’ve been on 37s for a long time and just want to try out 40s since i have the clearance and axles for it.
So I’ve got 1-tons on the way and looking for wheels… i will be running 40s but don’t feel the Beadlock will be necessary for 95 percent of my wheeling. I know “then why 1-tons”… went 1-ton because we go out a lot with one rig and sometimes a lot of extra gear/weight- also didn’t want to invest...
Haha- just put a piece of a rag and folded up paper but will add a piece of rubber trim to fender when i get around to it but for now, it’s quiet and I’m good with that. I think you’ll be good putting anything that is not metal.
Got rid of a constant squeak that has been driving me insane for the last month. Could have swore it was the coilovers but nope- fender liners rubbing on frame when hitting the slightest bumps on road.
sounds like a load of weight to be mounted to molle panels but i could very well be wrong. Is removing one of your seats to put goosegear out of the question for you?
