HOW TO Fix a Flat Tire by Plugging a Hole

Good video! lol…. Here come the internet experts, so many people are against plugging tires. I pulled a pair of slip joint pliers out of an Interco bogger once, only the very tips of the handle were visible. It wasn’t even leaking! The pliers were just in the tread and didn’t pierce through...

    Recovery gear/kits for beginners

^^^^ Good kit I was able to build nearly the same kit al la carte and save a bunch of money. I just checked Amazon for "open box" or "damaged" stuff and got individual pieces for nearly half price, most of it the packaging was water damaged or had been torn open and taped back shut. I have no...

Regeared, now front driveshaft spins in 2WD

Take it to the shop, could be an issue with the FAD or with the E-locker. The FAD collar could be out of its groove on the shift fork or the Spicer E Locker can operate incorrectly if the sheet metal plate on the locker gets bent or isn't oriented correctly. I would limit driving until the...

What was done to your rig this week?

lol…. With a set of 5 point harnesses. They’re for bolting the seatbelt to the roll cage ETA: with the coopers these and a few Irwin rod clamps were mandatory, with the Maxxis I just needed to move these little cleats a few times as I worked around the bead. I did end up using these on tires...

    Old School Cool

Had some company a few months ago, after the ladies got some drinks down they begged me to go get them a pack of cigs…. 😲 some $12 later they each smoked 1 or 2 and the pack just got left in the garage. At least I think it’s out of their system for a few years now

What was done to your rig this week?

Four more wheels to polish and 120 bolts to go! So far, out of the Cooper STT Pro, Maxxis A/T’s and these BFG KM3’s these have been the easiest to align (start?) the outer bead. These are 13.5’s too, I don’t think I will even need the hold down bolts for the others.
